Payment Options

At Uwanda Tours and Safaris, we want your booking and payment process to be as smooth and flexible as possible. We offer a variety of secure payment methods to accommodate your preferences. Please read the details of each option carefully to ensure a seamless experience:

1. Credit Card Payment

We accept major credit cards for your convenience.

• Deposit Payment: You can pay your deposit securely by credit card with no additional charges.

• Remaining Balance Payment: If you choose to pay the remaining balance by credit card, a 3.5% transaction fee will apply to cover bank and processing charges.

• Important: All credit card transactions are processed securely. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please inform us in advance if you plan to settle your balance by credit card to ensure timely processing.

2. Bank Transfer

For those preferring traditional payment methods, we accept payments via direct bank transfer.

• Deposit and Remaining Balance: You can pay your deposit and/or the remaining balance by bank transfer.

• Timing: All bank transfer payments for the remaining balance must be completed and received no later than 7 days before your safari start date. This ensures we can confirm all arrangements ahead of your journey.

• Bank Details: We will provide our official bank account information upon request or during the booking process.

Note: Any bank transfer fees must be covered by the sender to ensure the full invoiced amount is received.

3. Cash Payment

We also offer the flexibility to settle the remaining balance in cash.

• When: Cash payment can be made on the day of your safari before the start of your trip.

• Currency: We prefer cash payments in United States Dollars (USD) or Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). Please ensure that USD notes are in good condition (issued after 2009 and without any tears or damages).

• Important: Please bring the exact amount where possible, as we may have limited change available in remote areas.

Important Notes

• A deposit is required to secure your safari booking. The balance can be paid by any of the above options.
