Today's Experience
You will be picked up from your hotel or the airport in Dar es Salaam and driven to Nyerere National Park, a journey of approximately 5–6 hours through scenic landscapes. Upon arrival, you'll check in at your lodge or camp and have lunch before heading out in the afternoon for a cultural village tour where you’ll experience the local way of life. At 4:00 PM, enjoy a relaxing sunset boat safari along the Rufiji River, offering great chances to spot hippos, crocodiles, and abundant birdlife as the sun sets over the water.

Today's Experience
After an early breakfast, set out with a packed lunch for a full-day game drive in Nyerere National Park. This day is dedicated to exploring the vast savannahs and rich ecosystems where you can encounter diverse wildlife including elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and possibly even African wild dogs. Enjoy your lunch at a scenic picnic spot within the park before continuing your wildlife viewing until late afternoon, then return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Another full day of adventure awaits as you head deeper into the park after breakfast with packed lunch in hand. You’ll explore different parts of the reserve, encountering new wildlife scenes and landscapes, and also make a special visit to a natural hot spring—an off-the-beaten-path experience that adds a relaxing and scenic highlight to your day. After a fulfilling game drive and time at the hot spring, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Begin your final day with an early morning (06AM) walking safari led by a local guide, giving you a more intimate and immersive experience of the African bush, focusing on smaller flora and fauna often missed during game drives. After breakfast at the lodge, you'll check out and begin your drive back to Dar es Salaam, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of a memorable safari adventure.
